Upwork has partnered with the world's leading survey platform enabling curious individuals and companies to have conversations at scale with the people who matter most. They are looking for an experienced Creative B2B Copywriter who is an expert in taking B2B software copy to new heights.


As a B2B Copywriter, you will be providing a diverse variety of project support, including but not limited to:

  • Copy for ad campaigns in display ad formats.
  • Scripts for video ads (30 seconds - 2 minutes in length).
  • Headline writing for web copy, collateral, and even high-touch mailers for targeted accounts.


The Responsibilities include: 

  • Turning a campaign concept into copy that works across multiple ad formats.
  • Creating dozens of snappy headlines conveying the same message.
  • Writing easily digestible yet compelling scripts.
  • Making sure that all provided brand guidelines are met on every deliverable.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of creatives.


To catch our eyes, you should have/be:

  • B2B copywriting experience (preferably SaaS)
  • Subject matter familiarity of market research and surveys.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing, technology, and media.
  • Motivated, hard working, highly organized, flexible during peak workload, and detail oriented.
  • Professional, able to deal with stress, and have a good sense of humor and urgency.


It would be prefered if you have:

  •  Copywriting experience on topics related to surveys, market research, customer experience (CX), and/or marketing and HR/employee engagement.
